Client is engaging MightyJax, Inc. as an independent contractor for the specific purpose of providing consulting services for the development of the Client’s website and branding package. This “Project” is to include consulting of strategies and tactics of branding and overseeing the development phases and execution of the website.

Payment Terms. MightyJax, Inc. will provide (40) hours worth of Consulting Services at a ($125) USD per hour rate, a ($5,000) USD total amount. This rate also includes a standard branding website, whose details are stated within the signed agreement. This principal amount of ($2,500) USD is due upon before commencement of any work and before January 15th, 2017. The remaining balance of ($2,500) USD shall be payed off upon completion of website and consulting hours.
